About TimerOff

TimerOff was built to make time off in lieu (TOIL) simple and fair. Instead of scattered spreadsheets, back-and-forth emails, or overtime that quietly disappears, TimerOff gives both employers and employees a shared, transparent record of overtime worked and time off earned.

Our goal is straightforward: when pay for overtime isn't on the table, fairness still is. Employers log overtime, the conversion rule you agree on turns it into a balance, and employees book the time off they've earned — with every hour timestamped and in writing.

TimerOff is an independent project, not affiliated with any payroll provider, HR platform, or employer. We built it because we believe fair overtime shouldn't depend on memory or trust alone.
